WHAT’S A VESPER CORTEX M1
The Vesper Cortex M1 is a Cortex smartAIS using the Cortex Hub with full Class B SOTDMA AIS and built-in monitoring and control.

WHAT’S A VESPER CORTEX V1
The Vesper Cortex V1 is a full Cortex VHF with built-in smartAIS and Monitoring. The Vesper Cortex V1 is a Cortex Hub (M1) combined with a tethered Cortex H1 handset.

WIFI ACCESS ON BOARD
Receive alerts directly on your smartphone and tablet anywhere on board using Cortex’s built-in WiFi (Cortex Network). Connect to an existing network (Boat Network) on board for increased range and up to 10 devices. View nearby vessels, instruments and configure alarms from your device anywhere on board

BUILT-IN SPLITTER
Vesper is known for offering high-performance no-loss VHF/AIS Splitters. The Vesper Cortex M1 now has this builtin. What’s more is it features fail-safe pass-through. Should a fault or power loss occur to Cortex, it will still supply an uninterupted connection from the Cortex connected antenna to an auxilliary VHF.

EASY INSTALL SINGLE ANTENNA
Use a single existing VHF antenna for both AIS and VHF, saving time and money on installation. Upgrade to a single AIS/VHF Antenna for optimised AIS performance.

VHF AND AIS TRANSMIT SIMULTANEOUSLY
With tight integration of VHF and AIS in the same system, Cortex can provide guarantee of AIS transmission while simultaneously broadcasting and recieving VHF transmission.

HEADING SENSOR BUILT-IN
A built-in heading offers critical accuracy to Cortex’s Anchor Watch function, significantly increasing performance over GNSS anchor position alarms available on most chartplotters. Heading is also broadcast through AIS ensuring other vessels know your exact heading.
